1. Delivery Areas

• We deliver to all regions within Denmark and most countries in Europe.   
• Specific shipping restrictions may apply based on the destination or product type.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
  
  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days

3. Shipping Methods

• We partner with trusted logistics providers such as GLS, DHL, and Freja Transport to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs vary depending on destination, package weight, and size.
• Full details of shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

5. Incoterms

• Unless otherwise agreed, KNG Group A/S ships all orders using the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm.
  • This means we handle transport and delivery to the specified address, but the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs.
• If you require a different Incoterm, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange the terms.

6. Address Guidelines

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. This includes:
  • Full name
  • Street address
  • City, postal code, and country
  • Contact phone number for delivery updates

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@kng.dk / +4569170699. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.

7. Customs and Duties

• For international shipments, including to non-EU countries like Switzerland, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
