1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to all regions within Denmark and most countries in Europe.

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Denmark: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
3. Shipping Methods

5. Incoterms
- Unless otherwise agreed, KNG Group A/S ships all orders using the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm.
- This means we handle transport and delivery to the specified address, but the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs.
- If you require a different Incoterm, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange the terms.
6. Address Guidelines
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. This includes:

- City, postal code, and country
- Contact phone number for delivery updates
