2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in DKK or EUR (depending on your location) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at checkout.
• Full payment must be received prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Special Orders/Skaffevarer: Products classified as “skaffevarer” (special orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
